Jemima Kukua Ansah is an assiduous and assertive human resource professional over six years’ experience in Managerial positions in Administration/ Human Resource related functions within the industrial sector from working with several firms in Ghana She has over the years gained considerable experience in personnel administration armed with excellent communication skills that she has exhibited at all levels within varied industry sectors.

Kukua is currently a Director at BI Micro Finance where she’s providing Human Resource direction to ensure the company has the required soft skills to achieve its objectives.
She’s also a General Manager at Reliance Personnel Services Limited where she oversees the entire activities of the company in the area of; resource planning and recruitment, development and execution of training programs for all staff, compensation and benefits.
Prior to her current role, she was a Client Relations manager for the same company 2006 to 2008. She has been able to clock the following major achievements;
- Established and managed ‘RPS’ from scratch, with less than 100 contract staff to over a 1000 contract staff.
- Developed and implemented a succession plan policy for the company
- Planned, organised and executed a recruitment strategy.
- Developed policies and procedures and Introduced incentive schemes as part of the company’s strategy on retention
- Re-organised the company’s organisational structure to reflect the strategic direction of the company.
- Reduced recruitment cost by 40% whiles still ensuring that new hires were satisfied with offers made through effective negotiation skills.
- Developed a comprehensive HR Strategy based on the change in the corporate direction
Prior to joining Reliance Personnel Services Limited, she worked at Genisys Solution from 2000 to 2004 as an IT and Administrative Executive where she provided provided desktop and emerge database user support and training amongst others.
From 1998 to- 2000, she worked with Origin8 Saachti & Saacthi as an Advertising Executive.
Kukua holds an MBA (Human Resource Option) following from the University of Ghana Business School, 2009. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science & Business Management from the University College of Wisconsin International University, 2004 and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Ghana, 1996
